General • Huawei E8372

I have a Huawei E8372 USB LTE stick (with onboard Wifi).

I wish to use it with my beloved HAP AC2 router.

The problem is, the lte interface comes up and goes down constantly at every single 2 seconds.

Power is solid, router works perfectly, nothing else fails but this. Stick is connected directly to the router. What can I try? (Note: stick itself doesn't seem rebooting).

Oh, versions:
6.49.11 (latest stable).

Any recommendations?
