General • How to setup static ARP only

Hello,

I've got a netPower 16P, and wanted to put all my ARP entry static on IP > ARP, but if I do so, and put ARP on reply-only for every interface (bridge too) every other device can continu to use the network.

I just want to make it impossible to use the network without using an entry that I have put before on the arp list.
I've try every wiki on internet, but when I try, this didn't work, and I don't understand why.

Do someone have an idea ?
