Generic troubleshooting in these cases.
Try with another cable, first thing.
Then, since you have several free ports, try on another port.
The lighting of the ports leds should be independent from port IP/bridge/whatever settings (of course unless the port is disabled), it should only depend on connection being established.
Then check on both devices that for *whatever reasons* the transmission speed has not been limited.

it should mean that you have a 100Mbps connection (and not a 1Gbps one) on that port/cable.Ethernet RJ45 Green LEDs are Ethernet port link 1Gbps and activity LEDs
Ethernet RJ45 Port 1 Orange LED is PoE-in status LED
Ethernet RJ45 Port 2-8 Orange LEDs only - 100Mbps
