I have a new RB5009UPr+S+IN that was going to be used to power multiple devices, and during setup we were powering it with POE in for a while and learned that it cannot do POE in and out at the same time which is fine. But since then it seems forever stuck in a state where it believes it is being powered by POE, even when being powered by the jack. It will show a voltage in on both jack and POE, though slightly different numbers, and if I power it with POE for real it will update that number to be correct but then go back to the wrong one when I remove it. And because of that it refuses to put POE out on any port, with all of them showing "poe-out status: voltage_on_poe-in"
I have tried both a full reset, and upgrading the firmware, yet it still seems to be forever stuck in this state. Is there any way to disable poe-in or reset this status?
