can someone explain, how cloud Hosters assign Public-IPs from their Registry Adress Space to vServers?
To be more precise, did they use a default gateway with failover/cluster like vrrp?
And how did they prevent duplicate IPs from misconfigured vServers, if Customer-A Assign "accidentally" the IP of Customer-B?
