I wonder when Mikrotik decided to change the official specs to "auto (533 - 1900) MHz". Maybe they plan to raise the max auto frequency in a future update!?
I'm still on ROS 7.13.5 and CPU frequency scales between 533 MHz and 1400 MHz. However, in my case this is enough to get gigabit throughput.
