No very little about LTE and routers, but if its like wifi, then LTE is probably best handled separately
a. you can place LTE device where best suited,
b. separate device can have a wide variety of antennae and type configurations
c. can more easily change and or upgrade device without affecting router.
In other words, I doubt you will see any serious attempt to stick a high end router with a shorter life-span built-in LTE setup.
