if where are no restriction or issue with both sim cards, please:

if with main SIM card are OK, ask provider does it its intended to be used in FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) deviceAlso Orange with second data card
if where are no restriction or issue with both sim cards, please:
- enable extended LTE logging:

/system logging action remove [find name=support]/system logging action add name=support target=memory memory-lines=16383/system logging add action=support topics=lte- reboot device
- wait 1-2 minutes
- create Supout.rif file and create support ticket with reference to this thread
