A problem I have identified on this script is derived from the fact that DShield list has an odd format. Instead of containing the IP address and subnet class, the file contains IP address Start Block, IP address End Block, and Subnet. To ensure the blacklist is populated with a subnet block instead of only the first IP block address we need to add code to treat this "special case".
