General • Sporadic disconnections NAT NAT

Hello everyone,

I'll try to describe my problem.

I have a medium sized network with a RB3011 as router/firewall/cap manager/VPN
Behind this, several switches are connected across the entire site.
Directly behind the RB3011 is a CRS328 and a CRS354(48Poe 4 S+ 2 Q)

In front of the RB3011 there is another Speedport router for hybrid access (DSL and 5G hybrid), there is no way to access the Internet without this device!

There are 5 VLANs in the network that are accessible via all switches.
Some of the networks are broadcast to sen APs via the Capsman.

In one of the networks I sporadically have the problem that there are dropouts in the direction of the Speedport router.
To narrow this down more precisely, I have set up Netwatch on some switches to the IP of the Speedport and to 8.8.8.8.

If the error occurs, I only get the error message from the switches but not from the router.

The error also only occurs when a mobile phone connects to the network via WLAN, according to my current assessment.

We have Sonos loudspeakers in this network/VLAN, which actually always play the radio, so the disconnection is clear and audible.

When the error occurs, however, you can no longer get a speed test or even other connections to the outside world in the entire network.

Everything works on the network itself.

I don't want to commit myself 100%, but I think the error occurred when the CRS354 was installed.

Do you have any ideas on how and where I can look, what I can do to narrow down the fault further?
How can I measure the cancellation?

A company has already had a look at it, unfortunately without success so far

Thank you very much

EDIT:
What I would like to add: in these failures I get the message to the RB3011 "No SNMP Data collection" from the Zabbix server running on a Hyper-V .
AND from Time to Time, i can‘t connect to the RB3011 over IP-Adress, over the mac of the rb3011 it works fine.
