General • OpenVPN server, and VPN client problems

Hello, this is my first post here, after fighting like a week with this I decided to ask experts.
Hello guys,
I am desperate, everything works well but this.
I have a configuration with LTE Stick mode Huawei Modem plugged into usb port of my Mikrotik.
THis all works well I set up DHCP, Masquerade.
My modem has no constant IP so I decided to use Mikroik as a client to connect to my Synology Server at home. I was trying both with OpenVpn and then for IPSEC.
I decided to leave the Ipsec,
Mirkotik connects to Synology L2TP/IPSEC server giving and givers him IP: 10.2.0.2
Then I connect my iPhone to the same network and Synology gives him IP: 10.2.0.3

When I try on my iPhone to ping 10.20.0.2 it does ping
NAT works well, I can browse internet Via iPhone connected to Synology. I am not sure if I can ping anything as Synology does not have any browser. This is why I want to use my iPhone

Today because of no success I bought a new LTE Huawei modem that works in STICK mode and I connected it to to the USB port, now it is ppp-out1, to be sure no modem-site NAT is blocking anything ( I expect it works in bridge-stick mode)

Then I have set up on this Mikrotik OPENVPN SERVER

All I want is to to be able to connect to my webfig interface while entering on my iPhone 10.2.0.2
This interface does not appear no matter what I do. Or to connect to my I open-vpn server that is on Mikroitk.

I am trying my Mikrotik OPENVPN server from my Mac nc -vz 5.173.48.xxxx 1194 gives no reply at the site of Mikrotik. Yes it is set on 1194 TCP.

I have no idea what is going on
