What I understand is you have TWO Wireguard devices basically acting as wireguard clients to CHR wireguard server.
Are these Wireguard devices (assuming different locations) behind ISP routers? Assuming so how else can you reach CHR!
Are these Wireguard devices acting as switche/access points or ROUTERS, assuming routers due to your comment about NAT.
I think what you are trying to articulate is that you want the VOIP connections to terminate on the CHR and then port forwarded to the SIP devices
(transparently via wireguard) so that they end up on the LAN side of the mikrotik devices and from there they need simply to access the LAn servers existing.
