General • Can Send, but not Receive SMS on Chateau LTE6-US

Router OS 7.13.3

SMS configured as follows

Have tried several formats of allowed numbers (USA) such as 1XXXXXXXXXXX +1XXXXXXXXXXX 01XXXXXXXXXXX +01XXXXXXXXXXX 001XXXXXXXXXXX and +001XXXXXXXXXX
Have tried a secret

Sending a text to the device results in the following message in the log (logging gsm, debug )

rcvd unsolicited AT for lte2: +CMTI: "SM", 14

Nothing ever appears in the INBOX. Sending an SMS from ROS works every time.
