General • Priotize and limit torrent traffic

Hello,

Could you please help me to do the following.
- Prioritize the torrent traffic. The idea is if the bandwidth is used so torrent to be with lower priority
- Limit the amount of bandwidth (prefer megabytes or gigabytes) download/upload for torrents. No matter what client using or what tracker.

All of my interfaces are in bond if that matters.
