It's not possible ... RB2011 has 10 ether ports, L009 has only 8. RB2011 supports configuration directly on switch chips, L009 doesn't (or has severely reduced set of configuration options). Etc. It also includes new wifi driver which requires config style which is completely different than the old config. Not to mentiin that ROS v7 changed some bits and pieces from v6 in subtle ways.
When it comes to replacing old MT router with a new one (no matter the ROS versions or device models), I strongly recommend to start from factory default config, specially default firewall rule is decently secure without unnecessary bloat. By directly migrating config from device you also copy firewall config, which bases on poorer defaults and possibly includes unnecessary bloat. Unless router admin knows much better
