General • Can not do factory reset on my HEX.

Can not do factory reset on my HEX.

Reset my HEX?

I use the normal way: PowerOn->Hold Reset->Wait for flashing->Release.
It wont reset anything.

Then i put it in netinstall: PowerOn->Hold Reset->Wait led is OFF->Release.
Enter netinstall and reinstall. All work then.

But why cant it do the factory reset?
