Dont understand why you have two bridges. Its best in most cases to use a one bridge approach, unless its got two separate switch chips in the router.
If you have dynamic WANIPs, the hardest part is ensuring the routes are handled appropriately.
In most cases this means running scripts to ensure the gateway IP for the WANs is kept up to date when it changes.

Also its much easier especially as your network will grow, is to use vlans to identify subnets and thus give you much flexibility.
